Comunica-Aviation offers a full repair service for all our present and most historic Comunica equipment. Your equipment will be tested thoroughly and any faulty aspects repaired or replaced. All work will be charged in 15 min units for labour + parts.

Before sending us any of your equipment please download a Repair form*, print it out and include it with your equipment. Be sure to be as detailed as possible in describing any faults as filling out this form helps us process your repair quickly. If you have an older system and are unsure as to whether we can still offer you support please call us for advice.

All of our products are designed to last, some of our systems have been flying 20 years and still going strong, though not every part of them manages this kind of stint. Mic muffs, ear seals and our soft Teri Headbands will deteriate with age and use. To maintain your Comunica headsets comfort and effectiveness we supply Replacement Headbands and Hygiene Kits

How Long Will My Repair Take?

Repairs are scheduled for one day a week, Usually this is a Wednesday, but depending on the volume you may have to wait upto 2 weeks for it to be completed, if you need your equipment back quickly please call before sending it off to us, we may be able to accomadate you at an earlier time.

What Does Your Warranty Cover?

Our warranty covers correction of manufacturing faults (parts and labour) at our works in Winchester, for 2 years from first supply, it does not incluide shipping costs either way. For Warranty cover your equipment must have been used and treated normally and with proper care. Your warranty is void if any modifiactions or attempts to repair or dismantle yuor equipment have been made.
