IMPORTANT INFORMATION

As of the 31st of Decemeber 2008 Comunica-Aviation will cease trading and therefore not be able to offer a repair service to any systems other than those purchased through Comunica-Aviation in the last 3 years.

Our warranty covers correction of manufacturing faults (parts and labour) at our works in Winchester, for 3 years from first supply, it does not incluide shipping costs either way. For Warranty cover your equipment must have been used and treated normally and with proper care. Your warranty is void if any modifiactions or attempts to repair or dismantle your equipment have been made without written approval from us. Comunica-Aviation’s assessment of this is final and a note will be made of our findings.

To return a warranty item for repair please print out and fill in a copy of the Warranty repair form, which can be downloaded below. Return it along with your faulty item or items, (If it is not possible to find the cause of the problem please return the whole system to avoid further delays), To the address printed on the warranty form.

Please note all items will be returned upon reciept of payment for postage and any fees incurred in the receipt of funds from foreign bank accounts or in foreign currency. Any items that are not covered by the Warranty will be repaired at my discretion at £100 per hour + parts or returned.
